By placing an order on primebioscience.store you agree to these terms.
Orders & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we detect fraudulent activity.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2 PM PT on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no charge — email us with a photo and your order number.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
