Glass Desiccator

Description

Heavy-wall borosilicate body with a ground-flange lid and a porcelain plate. The ground flange seats on a light film of grease to hold a dry atmosphere, and the heavy wall gives the safety margin needed when the vessel is evacuated.

For drying and storing hygroscopic samples and cooling crucibles to a constant weight. Supplied ready for use and stocked as part of our laboratory glassware range, so replacements and additional sizes match what is already on your bench.

Every item is inspected before dispatch and carries our standard replacement cover against manufacturing defects. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day from our Santa Barbara facility, and bulk pricing is available on request for teaching laboratories and repeat institutional orders.
